Home Building Ambassador Training

Ambassador Training - Thursday 26th September 2019, Cheltenham

This is a training session for those working in the home building sector in the UK

The Home Building Skills Partnership is running Ambassador training days to encourage and inspire more people to take up a career in home building. It’s not just school leavers who are making important decisions about their career, but anyone who may be considering a career change at any stage of their working life.

With this in mind, we are working with CITB to offer tailored training days that will help people already working in the sector to become key influencers - career ambassadors - specifically for home building. The training will give delegates the confidence to go into schools, colleges or attend careers events and talk about their own experiences of working in home building; helping us challenge some of the negative and outdated stereotypes that exist about the sector. This is a great opportunity to become part of something special and help make a difference.

The format for the training days is informal, and includes:

• Ambassador Real Life Experiences

• Structing Presntation, Activites, Goconstruct

• Workshop session
